Welcome to the Pipeline! #
Welcome to the SilkFlo Pipeline, your hub for managing every initiative from first idea to live deployment. Every idea you or your colleagues submit lands here, and stays visible all the way through to the value it delivers once it’s live. Here’s how it works.
📋 Navigating the Lists #
The Pipeline is organized into six lists, each representing a stage in an initiative’s lifecycle:
- All: every idea and initiative, across every stage and status.
- Review: ideas waiting for an initial review. This includes every idea still in the Idea stage, regardless of status, and covers any idea submitted by a user through the standard Modal.
- Assess: ideas ready for a detailed discovery. This includes anything moved on from Review, plus any idea submitted through the Full Assessment, which lands here automatically. Reaching this stage unlocks the Detailed Assessment.
- Decide: ideas with a completed business case, waiting on a funding decision. This covers anything in the Qualification stage with an Awaiting Review or On Hold status.
- Build: approved initiatives in progress, covering the Analysis, Solution Design, Development, and Testing stages, as well as anything in Qualification with an Approved status.
- Deployed: initiatives that are live, at any status.
A note on permissions:
What you can see across the Pipeline's lists (All, Review, Assess, Decide, Build, and Deployed) depends on your account's assigned role. See Roles with Access to the Pipeline for the full breakdown.
⚙️ Actions #
Click the three-line icon to the left of any idea to open its actions menu:

- View Details: open the idea’s full profile page.
- Edit: make changes directly, without leaving the list.
- Delete: remove an idea from the Pipeline permanently (Admins Only).
