Welcome to SilkFlo! Congratulations on becoming the Account Owner of your tenant. As the first user to receive access, you have the ability to explore all the available options from the platform modules. To help you get started, here are four easy steps:
Step 1: Navigate to Settings > Account and make sure all the fields are correct. Take a few minutes to select the Company Industry, the Average working hours in a day (used for calculations), and the Average working days in a year (used for calculations) for your company. This will ensure that your tenant is customized to your business needs.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings > People > Roles tab. Here, you can easily customize the access and permissions of different types of users. Don’t worry; it’s a straightforward process that won’t take up too much of your time.
Step 3: (for Team Plans) Invite your Admin Team and any Standard Users to SilkFlo. Make sure to provide them with the necessary System roles. This will ensure that your team can access the platform and start making use of it’s features.
Step 4: Customize Your Tenant. As the Account Owner, you have the flexibility to customize your tenant to your liking. Use the Platform Setup module to view, set up, and maintain the platform according to your preferences. Here, you can edit the Business Units structure, Applications, Documents, and Cost Setup.

In addition to these basic steps, you can also get involved in your company’s Automation and AI journey by accessing the main SilkFlo modules:
- Workspace Overview: Here, you can find all the details about your involvement in the company’s RPA development.
- Explore Overview: This module gives you access to the Automation Ideas, People, and Components from your tenant.
- View Dashboards Overview: You can use this module to get all the necessary information about your tenant.
