Who counts as a contributor, and do they cost anything?
Contributors are free. They are people in your organisation who submit ideas into SilkFlo and help feed the transformation portfolio. Only admins, the people who run the portfolio, take a paid seat. Licences are per person.
What does the 30-day trial include?
Full access to your chosen plan for 30 days. No credit card is required, and we open your workspace on a short call. For Pro and Enterprise, the trial includes guided onboarding from a SilkFlo specialist. Use it to build your first three business cases and run your first portfolio review. Most customers have a board-ready pipeline view within the first two weeks.
Is there a discount on SilkFlo pricing for annual commitment?
Yes. Annual plans are priced 20% lower than the equivalent monthly rate: Standard is £60 per admin per month billed annually or £75 billed monthly, and Pro is £130 or £162.50. We recommend annual for teams running a structured programme.
