A post-implementation benefits review checks, after a project has gone live, whether it delivered the benefits in its business case. It compares forecast with actual results, explains any gap and decides what happens next: continue, fix, scale or stop. For AI and automation, the first review is usually three to six months after go-live, with regular reviews after that.
